Section Schedule THEA 335 Makeup Prosthetics/FX Design This repeatable course expands & builds upon previous Makeup, Prosthetics, & FX courses teaching Theatre, Film, TV, & Avant Garde techniques for the creation & application/removal of Prosthetics. Instruction covers the vocabulary, skills, techniques, & safety protocols required for a variety of materials (Latex, Foam, Silicone). Research, design, casting, sculpting, molding, & painting of prosthetics are incorporated into full Makeup Projects (either individual &/or collaborative in nature) applied to themselves, their peers, &/or models.
